Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 6:00 PM Eastern Time, or on a weekend or holiday, start processing the next business day. Custom and made-to-order items need 3–4 weeks in total.

Shipping rates and delivery times (United States)

Pieces in one order may come from different fulfillment partners, so your order may arrive in more than one package, each with its own tracking number.

International shipping

International standard shipping is $19.00. Estimated delivery times: Canada 12–21 days; Mexico 12–23 days; U.K. 12–25 days; Australia & New Zealand 12–25 days; Europe 12–30 days; other countries 12–35 days. Import duties, taxes and customs fees are set by the destination country, and customs can cause delays.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can follow your package on our Track Order page. Tracking may take a few business days to show its first update.

Delays

Weather, carrier delays, customs and holiday volume can occasionally slow deliveries. If your order hasn't arrived within the window above, email shop@ebonymonique.com and we'll look into it right away.

Shipping restrictions

We may restrict shipping to an address if we believe a delivery can't be completed safely or legally.

Cancellations and returns
